My friend Jeremy has excellent taste in music, and he compiled a list of what he considers to be the fifty best albums of 2008 on his blog. He did this a while ago, back at the end of December, but his list of music will serve as a buying guide for me for a while. Pitchfork Media's lists of top albums and tracks of 2008 are good, but Jeremy's list definitely rivals those, if it doesn't top them. He posted the list in four parts, 31-50, 21-30, 11-20, and 1-10.
